3.1 Location

Packages-provided menu files should be in '/usr/share/menu/', unless the
menu files are actually executable binaries, in which case they go in
'/usr/lib/menu/'.  System-local menu files should be in '/etc/menu/'.
User-specific menu files should be in '~/.menu/'
